As a Host, it is important to contact your tenant after receiving a booking request. The Studinthome platforms offers a messaging feature that enables you to contact the tenants that completed a booking. If a prospective tenant hasn't completed a booking request, then you will not be able to contact them.
1. How to contact your guest
Navigate to Dashboard > My Bookings in your top-right profile. All the bookings that you received are displayed in that section like the image below:
Then, select the reservation which you want to contact the tenant from. On the desired reservation, click on Details. This will redirect you to a reservation information page like the image below:
Once there, simply click on the little message icon located on the top of the reservation page :
You will be redirected to the message page:
You can now send a message to your prospective tenant. The tenant will receive an e-mail notification alerting him that you sent a message.
You will also receive an e-mail notification from your tenant when he sends you a message. Please check your Spam or Junk folder often to make sure that the message has been received. If notifications from Studinthome are in Spam folder, simply unlisted once to receive all normal communications (new bookings, messages, invoices).
