With Direct booking, you're saving yourself time, & effort. The platform offers you the possibility to select "Direct Booking" when adding a new listing. There is no additional penalty associated with this mode, and it offers you tenants that have already booked & paid the listing, which means they are willing to move-in if you accept them!
Here's the process with Direct Booking:
- You receive a Direct Booking, you are notified via e-mail
- You have access to all the necessary information about the booking (tenant name, move-in, move-out, price, total contract value)
- You have access to a messaging feature where usually, the tenant sent you a message when completing the booking. If not, view How can I send a message to my guest?
- If your place is not available anymore, or you don't want to accept the booking for any reason, simply cancel it within 24h
- After receiving the booking, you can perform any additional background check you want. If, for any reason, your tenant doesn't pass your application process, you can cancel within 72h after the booking.
- On the day of the move-in, within the first 24h, we will send you 1st Month Rent minus the agreed commission.
